Victory in Jesus
On Sunday 10th May, during the children’s talk, Kenny reminded us of an important day that had just been celebrated on Friday. Friday 8th May marked 75 years since VE day. VE day stands for Victory in Europe Day, and it marks the end of World War II in Europe. Here are some words from the Bible to remind us of where our true hope for victory should be placed.
“Some trust in chariots and some in horses but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.”
Psalm 20:7
