The World on Our Doorstep is a collaborative project of Govanhill Free Church and Interserve in Scotland. It aims to encourage, equip and challenge the followers of Jesus to engage with their neighbours no matter their cultural, religious, ethnic or social background. We recognise both the importance of it but also the challenges that arise when we share the Good News with people who might be very different from us. For that reason we would like to encourage churches and individuals to think more intentionally about it.
We are organising a series of free webinars on Zoom around that topic. The first one ‘The Church and The Cultural Challenge’ is on Thursday 19th November at 7:30pm. The webinar will be followed by a Q&A session a week later.
