Despite this seeming setback in our meeting together remember the words from Paul in his second letter to Timothy … ‘But the word of God is not bound!’ (v9). Be there for one another and be involved in each others lives. In these days share the truth of the gospel with each other, send a text message of an encouraging Bible verse or pick up the phone and share an encouragement with someone in the congregation, or offer to get their shopping if it will be tricky or dangerous for them (think ice and covid!).
