This morning we will be sharing together in the Lord’s supper at our communion service. We welcome all Christians to join with us to remember what the Lord Jesus has done to redeem us.
Creche available during the service as well as a holiday Sunday Club for pre-school to P3s only.

An evening after church fellowship with tea/coffee/biscuits as John will tell us more about his ministry in East Kilbride and beyond

- Sunday 25th June – Communion Sunday: we welcome John Mackinnon a pastor at East Kilbride Baptist Church who is involved in developing the ministry the Word One to One bible study series.
- Morning Prayer meeting before the communion service at 10am in the church hall.
International preacher Charles Price from The Peoples Church, Toronto will be coming to Dowanvale Free Church to do two evening talks on Thursday 29th & Friday 30th June with the theme ‘Living in the Fullness of Christ.’
The services will be starting at 7.30pm. No need to register a place – just come along on the night and bring your friends! We are very much looking forward to welcoming Charles to Glasgow and we would love for you to join us for the evenings – an event not to be missed. Please spread the word!
There will be a bookstall at the event so please bring cash so as not to miss out!

- Congregational Meeting: on Wednesday 5th July there will be a congregational meeting at 7.30pm in the church hall as we prepare plans for appointing an assistant minister for the congregation. - Accommodation wanted: Rachel Johnstone will be moving to Glasgow to study at Glasgow University and she’s looking for opportunities to rent a flat with other Christian students. If you know of anything you can get in touch with her dad John via email at johnwjohnstone@yahoo.co.uk
- Sunday Club Outing – The whole congregation are invited to gather together on Saturday 12th August at Victoria Park to enjoy a picnic time together. Save the date and more details nearer the time!
